The garden It's literally right next to the Conservatory of Flowers. Is small but beautiful and completely worth your visit during bloom season (photos made in late September)

Beautiful Dahlias in vibrant colors. Somehow, this year, I feel there were not too many huge/dinner plate varieties

A beautiful variety of dahlias with mesmerizing colors. Most are under 3ft, so I'm not sure how tall they will get as the season progresses. Per the plaque, dahlias are the official flower of San Francisco. There is a festival in August to attend as well. There is handicap parking on Nancy Pelosi, and a pathway to this specific garden, although the garden is tucked behind some trees, so you will not see it from the main road. You will see the giant toy Jacks and Blocks, follow that pathway to the left of them. It is located on the right side of the Conservatory. There are a few Adirondack chairs, benches, as well as grassy areas to sit. The road in front of the Conservatory is closed off to cars- not sure if that's seasonal or permanent.

Stunning display of dahlias ✨️ September is definitely the best time to visit. The garden is well-maintained and offers such a vibrant atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Not only lovely, but very informational! I love that they were tagged so I could do further research on each variety. One huge flaw, there is no handicap parking and accessibility. My mother had to stay in the car while I walked over across the promenade to the grounds. That was very sad, the entire botanical gardens grounds were stunning but there should be some accommodation for handicapped individuals, if there is I certainly didn't see anything on a map or anything marked with signage.
